Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes, Albayan Perfumes guarantees 100% authenticity. We source our fragrances directly from authorized distributors and reputable perfume houses to ensure the highest quality and longevity.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Do you offer samples or decants?
We currently offer discovery sets for selected collections, allowing you to experience our scents before committing to a full-sized bottle. Please check our 'Discovery' section for current availability.
How should I store my perfumes to ensure they last?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom or near heaters.
